Maredith Combs
Patient Manager
Maredith has worked in orthodontics for over thirteen years. She is a registered dental assistant and works closely with Dr. Ingraham as a patient manager. Maredith believes patient care should always be delivered with a smile. Quality care and an excellent patient experience at every visit are two goals Maredith works to provide at each patient visit. Maredith is the “SureSmile” coordinator, the advanced imaging and robotic technology that delivers a shorter treatment time in braces. Maredith is a valuable member of the orthodontic team and wants every patient to leave her chair with a smile. In her time away from the practice she enjoys spending time with her family as well scuba diving and fishing.
Regina Bedynek
Treatment & Marketing Coordinator
As a Treatment Coordinator, Regina assists Dr. Ingraham with new patient examinations and consultations and works with patients and their families in discussing information regarding treatment fees and scheduling. Regina is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked in orthodontics with Dr. Ingraham for fourteen years. She has experience working as a clinical assistant as well as an appointment coordinator. Her excellent computer skills and computer graphic skills assist Dr. Ingraham in preparing lectures and presentations about orthodontics. Regina coordinates the practice marketing efforts, including the development of our annual patient art calendar, website and social networking, as well as contests and rewards programs for our patients. Regina is a devoted to her family and three children. Away from the office she enjoys traveling to Hawaii and the Caribbean, as well as Dallas to see her favorite team the Dallas Cowboys. She is a huge fan of country western music and loves to dance!
Yvette Otto
Radiologic Technologist-Registered Dental Assistant
Yvette has over 16 years experience in orthodontics, and loves meeting new patients. Yvette is one of the first people new patients meet when they visit our office for the first time. She will take photos of your teeth as well as digital film for treatment planning. Helping new patients have a comfortable, fun first visit at our office is a goal Yvette has for every patient. Yvette is a native of Corpus Christi, and has two children. Away from the office, Yvette loves to cook and spend time with her family.
Janet Crosson
Financial Coordinator-Business Manager
Janet began her career in orthodontics in 1997. As the financial coordinator she is always available to answer any questions our patients may have about their account or insurance. Her expertise in insurance billing helps to ensure that you receive your maximum insurance benefits and as well as aid with flex plans. Janet is the mom of three grown children and away from the office she loves spending time with her family especially her baby granddaughter. Janet was born in Texas; however, she lived in New Mexico for 15 years and loves their culture, and food, especially their “green chilies”! Janet loves art and enjoys pastel painting as a hobby, one she learned to appreciate while living in New Mexico.
Tina Drake
Clinical & Laboratory Supervisor
Tina loves orthodontics and has over thirty years experience in the orthodontic field. She works closely with Dr. Ingraham as the clinical manager and enjoys working with our patients. Educating our patients about their treatment and the importance of good oral hygiene are issues that Tina takes very seriously. Her goals are patient centered and her commitment to our patients and the care they receive along with an excellent orthodontic result are all goals she has for every patient. Tina is an expert in the orthodontic laboratory as well as working with our patient’s chairside. Tina is the mom of four as well as a grandmother. She is an excellent cook and many of her recipes are from her home states of Louisiana, she makes great “gumbo”! In her time away from the office she enjoys time with family and serving in her church.
Ellen Nafzinger
Dental Hygienist
Ellen is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has had an exciting career in dentistry for 33 years. A President of the local Dental Hygiene Society, Ellen is very involved and passionate about her career in dentistry. As a hygienist, on our orthodontic team, Ellen works closely with our patients at the completion of their orthodontic treatment, that happy day when Braces come off! Ellen communicates the value of taking care of your teeth and beautiful smile by scheduling regular visits with your general dentist for check-ups and cleanings ,not only following the removal of your braces, but for a lifetime. When away from our office she is busy with her three children and loves her church and mission work. Ellen has worked with Dr. Ingraham for over five years and is a valued member of our orthodontic team.
Natalie Salinas
Registered Dental Assistant
Natalie is a Registered Dental Assistant with 13 years experience with Dr. Ingraham. Her knowledge as an orthodontic assistant and patient manager make her an excellent communicator with her patients about their orthodontic care. Natalie works with her patients to motivate them about excellent oral hygiene as well as following precise instructions from Dr. Ingraham to achieve their beautiful, healthy smile. Natalie is a mom of 2 boys and enjoys their “Little League Baseball”, football and basketball. Natalie loves the beach, runs in the Beach to Bay, and enjoys time with her family and friends.
Valerie Chiles
Treatment Coordinator & Administrative Supervisor
Valerie received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Baylor University and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. As a Treatment Coordinator, Valerie assists Dr. Ingraham with New Patient examinations and consultations. With over 25 years assisting Dr. Ingraham, Valerie is an expert in helping patients understand their treatment as outlined by Dr. Ingraham as well as discussing treatment fee plans and scheduling. In addition, Valerie manages and coordinates the administrative work of the orthodontic practice. She has spent her career with Dr. Ingraham, working with patients to communicate the benefits of orthodontics.
Valerie is active in the local Dental Hygiene Society and continues to learn by attending continuing education courses and seminars in the dental field. Away from the office, Valerie enjoys time with family, gardening, and loves to travel. Originally from New York, she loves cool weather, a fire in the fireplace along with a cup of hot chocolate. Valerie loves people and enjoys the opportunity orthodontics gives her to build relationships with patients by helping them achieve a beautiful healthy smile.
Nori Colton
Appointment Coordinator
As the appointment coordinator, Nori greets you with a smile, whether in person or on the telephone and always ask how can I help you! She is a Registered Dental Assistant with over twenty-five years in orthodontics. Having worked as a clinical assistant as well as in the orthodontic laboratory, her knowledge and understanding of the entire orthodontic process is invaluable when it comes to scheduling and coordinating patients and their appointments. Nori takes exceptional pride in helping to create a family atmosphere and ensuring that “friendly team”, is a phrase that describes our practice. Once our patients meet Nori and experience her warm, caring smile and personality they will see firsthand that her passion is serving others. Nori is the mom of two grown children and loves spending time with her family and serving in church ministry.
Priscilla Salazar
Patient Manager
Priscilla assists Dr. Ingraham in the clinic as a patient manager. She is a registered dental assistant and loves orthodontics. Her eighteen years of experience and knowledge of orthodontics allow her to answer any questions you have on what to expect during treatment. Priscilla takes pride in participating in the life-changing treatment that orthodontics provides for our patients. Helping to create beautiful faces and smiles and seeing the amazing results are two joys that fuel her enthusiasm for the practice. Priscilla works to ensure that patients visit their dentist for cleanings and check-ups during their orthodontic treatment as well as coaching them to follow Dr. Ingraham’s precise instructions for creating their beautiful smile. Priscilla has three children and as most working moms has a super busy schedule having a full time career in orthodontics as well as a young family. She enjoys spending time with her family, and going to the beach. Priscilla has been cooking since she was 12 years old and enjoys cooking as one of her hobbies.
Jalyn Turner
Patient Manager
Jalyn works closely with Dr. Ingraham as a patient manager in the clinic. She has worked in orthodontics for 10 years and loves orthodontics as a profession. Jalyn loves meeting new people and never meets a stranger. Working with her patients at each visit, Jalyn’s goal is to keep them informed about their treatment, encouraging them to have excellent oral hygiene and motivating them to be excited about their beautiful new smile. She is a registered dental assistant and takes pride in her work. When away from the office Jalyn’s hobbies include photography, going to the beach, baking and decorating cupcakes for her friends.
Jo Ingraham
Business Assistant
As a member of the orthodontic team, Jo enjoys meeting new patients and the opportunity to work with team members to help create a warm, friendly, caring environment where excellence in orthodontics is our team goal. Away for the office she enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren and taking weekend trips with family and friends.
Anna Mallett
Laboratory Technician
As a laboratory technician in an orthodontic office, attention to detail and working closely with Dr. Ingraham is extremely important in the work that is performed in our in-house laboratory. Anna makes a variety of orthodontic appliances for our patients and has worked closely with Dr. Ingraham for over 10 years. Anna is a mother and grandmother and really loves spending time with family. When spending time away from the office, she loves to be in the country and loves to travel.

Jennifer Saski
Patient Coordinator
Jennifer started her career in the dental field in 1989. She enjoys working with patients and assists Dr. Ingraham with new patient examinations and consultations.
Jennifer was born in Houston, but grew up and lives in Rockport. In her free time she enjoys cooking, movie going and spending time near the water. She has a grown daughter, Alexis, that lives in Nashville and two Bichon Frise dogs that keep her running.
Melissa McArthur
Appointment Coordinator
As an appointment coordinator, Melissa works closely with our patients whether she is taking your first phone call or assisting you with scheduling your next appointment. Melissa manages the phone and her many other tasks with tremendous zeal and enthusiasm. On entering our office, Melissa greets everyone with a warm, friendly, caring smile. Understanding the meaning of excellent customer service, her goal is to meet the expectations of our patients and those we serve each day. Melissa was born in Houston, Texas and received a Bachelor Administration in Marketing from the University of Tyler. Away from the office Melissa enjoys volunteering her time at her church where her husband serves as Student Pastor. Melissa’s hobbies include baking, entertaining and organizing.
