We are committed to making all our patients feel right at home. We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our team is highly skilled, well trained and strives to provide energetic, fun-loving service to each patient with a smile! Each member of our team is either a Registered Dental Assistant or a Registered Dental Hygienist with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Our team has 200-plus years combined in treating patients in dentistry and orthodontics. We stay abreast of the very latest technology and advancements in orthodontics by attending continuing education classes as well as training seminars and webinars. We value our patients and work to develop great relationships with them as well as inspire, motivate and communicate with them about their treatment process.

Valerie Chiles is our Administrative Supervisor and Treatment Coordinator. She received a degree in dental hygiene from Baylor Dental College and worked as a hygienist for 12 years prior to joining Ingraham Orthodontics in 1984. As a Treatment Coordinator, her dental knowledge and experience provides new patients with a clear understanding of the benefits of orthodontics to their overall dental health.

Tina Drake is a Clinical/Laboratory Supervisor and began her career in 1973. She joined Ingraham Orthodontics in 1980. She is an expert in the orthodontic laboratory as well as working with our patients in the orthodontic clinic. Her goals are patient-centered with a commitment to excellence. Whether she’s instructing a patient about their treatment process, their oral hygiene or fabricating an appliance in the laboratory, her knowledge and professionalism provide every patient with quality care and treatment. At this time in her career, she is treating former patients’ children!

Catherine Norrell is our Business Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baylor University. Catherine joined our team in 2014. She handles the day-to-day business operations of the practice in addition to working with our patients’ accounts and insurance. Her experience and personal touch help to make our office run smoothly.

Nori Colton is a Registered Dental Assistant and joined Ingraham Orthodontics in 2008. She is a native of Southern California, with over 30 years working in dentistry and orthodontics. Her knowledge, and understanding of orthodontics and experience with scheduling patients treatment, fabrication of appliances in our in-house laboratory, as well as working with Dr. Ingraham as an orthodontic assistant in the clinic all work together to create great team work in our practice which translates to superior patient care and service.

Jennifer Saski is a Treatment Coordinator and joined Ingraham Orthodontics in 2011. She is a native of Rockport and was a patient of Dr. Ingraham’s as a young adult. Jennifer is a Registered Dental Assistant with 25 years of experience in dentistry and orthodontics. She states the most rewarding aspect of her job is meeting new people every day and helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

Maredith Combs is a Registered Dental Assistant with over 17 years of experience in orthodontics. She joined our team in 2007. Maredith is the Clinical Coordinator in the orthodontic clinic, working closely with Dr. Ingraham and the entire team to provide quality care at every patient visit. Maredith believes building personal relationships with our patients and getting to know them as individuals are important parts of a successful treatment process.

Amanda Coleman is a Registered Dental Assistant and earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science from Del Mar College. Joining our team in 2014, Amanda works closely with Dr. Ingraham as an orthodontic assistant as well as in the laboratory preparing indirect bonding trays for our patients prior to placing their braces. Amanda’s warm, caring smile and professionalism support our patients and our team.

Yvette Otto is a Radiologic Technologist-Registered Dental Assistant. She began her career in orthodontics in 1995 and joined our orthodontic team in 2011. Yvette greets our new patients on their first visit with a smile and puts them as ease while taking photos of their teeth as well as digital film for diagnosis and treatment planning. She enjoys helping new patients, and her personal goal is for all of our patients to have a great first experience in our office – from start to finish!

Gwen joined our team as an Appointment Coordinator with over five years experience in orthodontics. Gwen greets you with a smile whether in person as you enter our office or on the telephone! Scheduling patients in the orthodontic office is important for timely, successful orthodontic treatment. Gwen's experience and knowledge of patient scheduling is a win for our patients. She gets to know our patients and their families, encouraging them throughout their orthodontic treatment. Gwen is originally from San Antonio and is fluent in Spanish.
