Dr. Ingraham's professional, caring staff members has over 145 collective years of experience in orthodontic treatment and have an average of nine years experience with Dr. Ingraham.

We know that successful orthodontic treatment requires teamwork, discipline, communication and commitment. Every member of our staff, from doctor to treatment team to clerical team, strives to give their best, every day, as part of each patient's orthodontic team. We recognize the important role we play in making sure that each patient's orthodontic experience is enjoyable and successful. We strive to provide an atmosphere of trust and caring for our patients, and we take pride in our jobs and your smile.

Anna Mallett

Laboratory Technician
Anna joined our team in 2000 and has contributed to the care and service we provide through her skills as a Laboratory Technician. Anna works closely with Dr. Ingraham in fabricating appliances for our patients.

Anna is married and has eight children and grandchildren.

Valerie Chiles

Administrative Supervisor/ Appointment/Treatment Coordinator
Valerie Chiles has worked with Dr. Ingraham since 1984 and has been our primary Treatment Coordinator for more than 20 years. She has a B.S. in Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry, Dallas, Texas.

Valerie's years of experience give her insight in communicating with patients and makes her expert in answering their treatment questions and meeting their needs. She's proud of the difference our office makes in how patients feel about their teeth and smiles.

Valerie is an officer and active member in the local Dental Hygiene Society. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, walking and traveling, especially in cool climates. Valerie has a son, Christopher, a daughter, Stephanie, and a Chocolate Lab.

Tina Drake

Clinical Supervisor
Tina has been Dr. Ingraham's Clinical Supervisor since 1981. She uses her experience, skill and understanding of the treatment process to give our patients confidence and to assure them they are receiving the best, most professional care at every visit.

Tina has four children and three grandchildren, and one of her favorite pastimes is spending time with them. She's active in her church, where she serves as a Sunday School teacher. Tina is an excellent cook and makes outstanding shrimp gumbo.

Regina Bedynek

Treatment Coordinator/Marketing
Regina's beautiful smile is the result of orthodontic treatment by Dr. Ingraham when she was 13 years old. She has worked with Dr. Ingraham as a Chairside Assistant, Financial Coordinator and is currently the Treatment Coordinator. Regina has over 12 years experience in orthodontics and especially enjoys working with young patients. She's a computer whiz and is the designer of our unique 2006 and 2007 calendars, which features the art of our patients.

Regina and her husband love the beach and enjoy traveling to the Caribbean and Hawaiian Islands. They have three children, Mary Catherine, Lauren and Jarrett, and are involved in their many extracurricular activities, including golf, baseball, jazz band and Cub Scouts.

Glinda Hinojosa

Appointment Coordinator
Glinda has worked with Dr. Ingraham for more than five years, first as a Chairside Assistant and now as Appointment Coordinator. Her skills and experience, plus her warm, friendly personality and her fluency in Spanish, make her an asset in working with our office schedule and assisting patients in setting appointments.

Glinda is married and has two children, Marissa and Gabriel. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to their sporting events and going to movies with her friends.
