Every year, Ingraham Orthodontics will provide two scholarships, each in the amount of $500.00 to a graduating high school senior who has completed full orthodontic treatment with Ingraham Orthodontics or is currently in full orthodontic treatment with Ingraham Orthodontics.
Scholarship applicants must submit the required application and release form along with two letters of reference, and an essay on one of the following topic choices.
- Write an essay highlighting a particular person or event that has influenced your personal life and future aspirations.
- Tell us how your new smile gives you confidence, and how it has and will benefit you in pursuing your life and career goals.
- The essay must be 500 words or less, double spaced, printed and submitted by mail or delivered to us.
- Please include your current high school transcript along with a list of achievements, leadership and service throughout high school years.
The criteria for selection of the scholarship is based on achievement, leadership, and service throughout high school, along with the essay and references. These attributes can be represented through school, community, or other related activities.
Dr. Ingraham and his team will review the entries with the winners will be announced in June of each year. Scholarship Applications are due by April 30th of each year to our office. Please mail or deliver to:

The scholarship check will be mailed directly to the college the student is enrolled in for the upcoming semester. This award may be applied towards tuition, books, fees, or any other related expenses for the student’s first year of college. Proof of registration is required to be provided to our practice prior to awards being mailed directly to the university or trade school to which the student is enrolled. Awards will be distributed in late August/early September of each school year.
